DESIGN: In the past two years, I have embarked on designing for other companies. Some of my recent endeavors include a limited edition line of Lenox dinnerware called “Tabella” (translates to “table” in Italian). I loved designing this line…it is created as a mix and match dinnerware set or you can select the pattern that you wish and order that as a set. The pattern is derived from my ceramic lampshade graphic, “Pomegranate”. It can be viewed on the Lenox website and purchased from them and although we cannot feature it on our site, it can be purchased from us as well. Please know that the line will only be offered for a short time or until they run out of stock, (it is currently on sale) as it is a limited edition line! I have also been working with a company called Croscill, designing collections for the bath (from shower curtains and towels to accessories for the counter) and now bedding. Recent design work in progress for other companies includes a new line of lighting for the hospitality market, print, rug, and possibly textile design.
ENCAUSTICS: As I have carved out time to do some meaningful art for art’s sake, I have been joyfully working on a line of encaustic painting that amidst designing, I’d like to continue to develop. This work will be released over the next several months to a year. I’ll keep you posted as to where it can be viewed and how it can be purchased.
GICLEES: I will continue to offer our giclée printed shade line. These are individually printed in our Easthampton studio and will be offered with a base as long as we have the stock. We will also offer these shades by themselves with a finial for those of you who wish to top a favorite lamp base of your own or to switch out with current lamps of ours as your heart and seasonal decorating desires. Keep tuned to our website as items such as these will be posted for as long as we have the stock.
